What will it cost me to have an order delivered?  For New Zealand customers, there are different rates for North or South Island deliveries with a surcharge for Rural deliveries. If you contact your local Rawleigh's distributor, there may be no delivery charge.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?  If your order has not arrived within five (5) working days, please contact us immediately so we can track what has happened to your purchase.

Can I combine freight?  Regardless of the size of your order, you will only be charged once for freight.

What if what I want is out of stock?  In some cases - stock may be available in one country and not the other. In this case, if you purchase an item that is not available you will have an option of receiving a refund or amending your order. You will be contacted by one of our office staff to sort this out.
